Oregon Passes Statewide Rent Control - Senate Bill 608

Despite an outpouring of vocal opposition by Oregon Association of Realtors membership and a continual effort by their government affairs team, Senate Bill 608 has passed the Senate, the House and has been signed by the Governor. Due to the emergency clause in the bill, it is effective immediately.
