Andrew Holowetzki is a multi-family real estate investment specialist with Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate. Through his knowledge and expertise of the apartment market, he helps his clients build equity and wealth through multi-family real estate investing all over the northwest.

Mr. Holowetzki brings with him experience in real estate development, finance, and marketing. He has worked in both the construction and banking industries, using his skills in marketing and communication to facilitate business and client relations.

Prior to joining Joseph Bernard Inc., Mr. Holowetzki assisted in the development and construction of a residential subdivision in Clackamas County, coordinated marketing efforts for a construction company, and provided financial services as a personal banker. In these positions he collaborated with real estate agents, appraisers, and other industry professionals to produce business opportunities and assist clients in protecting and maximizing their financial capital.

Mr. Holowetzki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado. In his free time he enjoys volunteering and being active in the community. He has participated in the Global Medical Brigades program, providing medical supplies to vulnerable populations in Central America. Locally, he regularly attends and engages in public committee hearings and forums.

Outside of apartment brokerage, some of Mr. Holowetzki’s favorite activities include playing tennis and golf, skiing, traveling, and collecting books.
