Megan Smiley
Megan Smiley is the Transaction Coordinator at Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate. She is in charge of processing transaction paperwork from listing to closing. Her responsibilities include property research, marketing, tracking contingency periods and managing escrow files.
Ms. Smiley has four years of experience as a residential Transaction Coordinator in Southern California. She joined Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate in 2015 and is excited to be involved in commercial real estate in Oregon. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the Portland area.
